Delivery Processing Time Every Tessore artwork is handcrafted to order. Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. United States Delivery Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped. International Delivery International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping & Tracking We ship with trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping options and applicable costs are displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by the destination country. Damaged or Lost Packages Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or appears to have been damaged during transit, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, at hello@tessore.co. Please keep the artwork and all original packaging while the claim is being reviewed. Returns We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. Returned artwork must be in the same condition in which it was received, free from damage or alterations, and returned in its original protective packaging with proof of purchase. Before returning an item, please contact us at hello@tessore.co for return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Personalized or individually customized artworks are not eligible for return, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Unless the return is due to our error, an incorrect item, or a confirmed defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Order Cancellations Cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because each artwork is individually handcrafted.
